Site and Services

Please contact us for a schematic of the barn, and site plan of the grounds and gazebo. We'll also be happy to help you with your party plans.

Rental of the facility includes:

• Introductions and help with event resources
• Use of the barn main floor, western lawn, creek side front lawn, and gardens
• Six Round Tables and two large ovals for seating or use as buffet tables
• Entry way writing desk for guest book or as speaker's podium
• Kitchen including range, double oven, microwave, and commercial fridge

Our large gravel entry drive allows easy access to the barn and grounds. We've found that many people want a wedding or event venue that is comfortable and flexible so that you can have the time and space to enjoy your guests. We can help you resource all aspects of your wedding, or simply help connect you with what you need. We have long term connections with the best in the area from wedding cakes, catering, local ministers, and florists! Besides offering you a very unique setting — that is both relaxed and classic. We work with you to do things your way - rather than you doing things our way. Your family and friends can truly relax and spend your beach time creating memories, and enjoy your time together focused on what is most important to you.

Details

• Peak season is May through October, but fall and summer events can be arranged based upon weather planning.
• Rental fee for the basic site of barn and grounds varies depending upon the size, scope and date of the booking. All day event time: ( 9a.m. — 11 pm (14 hrs) 10 PM is our "turn down" time for music — per Gearhart city ordinance)
• Guest parking can be arranged for up to 4 cars within the grounds. All other guest cars may access street parking along Pacific Way. For larger parties we suggest having a parking coordination team for ease of arrivals.
